I am one of 3 Principal Fostering Manager’s for Support and Supervision. I oversee the development and delivery of a range of specialist fostering models, including Mockingbird, Family Pathways, Therapeutic Fostering and Pause and Reflect as well as our general and kinship foster carers. My role is to ensure foster carers receive high-quality support, supervision and development opportunities, enabling them to provide stable, nurturing homes where children can thrive. Working closely with carers, Supervising Social Workers and partners, I focus on embedding innovative, relationship-based approaches that strengthen placement stability, build resilience and improve outcomes for children and young people in care.
